He showed up at 7am on the dot and spent over 2 extra hours breaking through half-inch concrete the other contractors left behind, without saying a word. Three days of work — cut the stack, rerouted PVC drains, rerouted all the copper water lines, and cut out the radiator for radiant floor heat. When a leak appeared the following Monday from an overhead pipe, Nick answered immediately, diagnosed it over the phone, and came out the next day to fix it at no charge.
